Royalty For A Day....Day Of Coordination $250
We take over so you can relax with no worries. Examples of what will happen:
We meet at least 3 weeks prior to your day and gather all the vendor info, schedules, VIP guests and
your wish lists from decorations to photo ops.
We make sure all vendors arrive on time and set up
accordingly. We help decorate the location and move items from ceremony to reception if needed.
We keep things on schedule and handle any issues tha arise,
hopefully without you ever having to know anything.
We will stay thru the end to make sure all items get where they need to be.....rentals ready for pick up; toasting glasses, knife set, gifts etc. to designated person or place.
